If you are a South Carolina State Resident, and have joined the NSCA, which is our national organization, you are automatically a member of the SCSCA (South Carolina Sporting Clays Association) which is our local, in-state organization. It is a non-profit organization owned and operated by its members. The purpose of the SCSCA is to promote sporting clays among residents of South Carolina.
